ANGULAR DISPLACEMENT [2015] | 25 minutes

A performance conceived by a preoccupation with analog technology, angular displacement is a formal investigation of the idea of rotation. The choreographer engenders the body as a mechanical device by mobilising a play of different joints and muscles as a source for movement. The piece invites the audience to discover human presence within an undulating series of automated, anatomical explorations.
